From May 29 to June 3, enjoy the Manzanilla Fair in Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
This spectacular fair takes place in the fairground located in the Calzada Duquesa Isabel and adjacent streets, including its fantastic seafront, next to an incomparable setting, where this city with a unique light and sunset, merge into the landscape with the National Park of Doñana, and the mouth of the Guadalquivir River.
These days Sanlúcar dresses in color, music, gastronomy, folklore and much joy, all bathed in the gold of its wine par excellence with designation of origin, La Manzanilla.
La Manzanilla acquires the look of a magic potion at the Sanlúcar de Barrameda Fair, which worships in May to one of its most exquisite and renowned delicacies. The Sanlúcar Fair is one of the most beloved of the province of Cádiz. Familiar, imbued with the magnificent cuisine of this land, fun and pleasant, quiet and without bustle.
Dance for sevillanas, horse ride, the unbeatable products of the land … and all watered by the liquid gold, that grape juice to which the climate and humidity endow with a special and unique flavor. La Manzanilla not only gives name but also brings essence to the Feria de Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
And to complete one of the best fairs in the province, I could not miss a good bullfight. The Sanluqueño square has a large sign every year to celebrate the town’s big party.
