HOSTAL EL FARO DE CHIPIONA, S.L. is the Data Controller of the User’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), so the following information about the processing is provided:

Purposes and legal basis of the processing: maintain a commercial relationship (based on the legitimate interest of the controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR) and send communications about products or services (with the consent of the data subject, art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Data retention criteria: the data will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or as long as there are legal obligations that dictate their custody. When they are no longer necessary, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or their total destruction.
