Internal Rules and Regulations
According to Decree-law 13/2020, of May 18, hotel establishments must have an internal regulations document setting mandatory rules for users during their stay.
Therefore, the following document is prepared by Hostal el Faro de Chipiona, S.L., with registration number in tourism CA/00956, in which the aforementioned will be detailed:
Admission conditions
We are considered, for all purposes, a public use establishment, however, admission or permanence may be denied: lack of accommodation capacity or facilities, failure to meet admission requirements or adopting behaviors that may pose danger or inconvenience to other persons, whether users or not, or that hinder the normal development of the activity. Our establishment will request the assistance of the Security Forces to evacuate those who fail to comply with this Internal Regulations.Admission requirements
It is essential that upon arrival you provide an official document for identification purposes in order to complete the admission document, and also for the Hostal to fill out the corresponding entry form in accordance with current regulations on registry books. Once the admission document is completed, you will be given your copy, which will include at least the name, classification, and registration code in the Andalusia Tourism Registry of the Establishment, room identification, number of persons occupying it, entry and exit dates, and contracted meal plan.Rights
As a customer of this establishment, you have the following rights:- Receive truthful, sufficient, understandable information prior to contracting the accommodation period, as well as the final total price, including taxes.
- Obtain documents confirming the terms of the contract.
- Receive services under the agreed conditions.
- Receive information about facilities or services that pose any risk and the security measures in place.
- Receive a receipt or invoice for the price paid for the services provided.
- Submit complaints and claims and receive information about the procedure for submitting them and their handling.
Obligations
As a customer of this establishment, you have the following obligations:- Respect the current internal regulations.
- Respect the agreed departure date from the Establishment and vacate the room.
- Pay for the contracted services at the time the invoice is presented or within the agreed upon timeframe.
Reservations
Every reservation will include the stay date, quantity and type of room with meal plan, total price, cancellation policy, and additionally contracted complementary services. Cancellation policies and advance payments may vary depending on the season. Our confirmation of your reservation will be considered a contract for tourist accommodation; a physical or electronic record will be available to you.Coexistence and operation rules
- Smoking inside rooms and common areas not designated for it is strictly prohibited; the establishment may charge a €100 extra cleaning fee if this rule is violated.
- We kindly ask for maximum silence from 16:00 to 18:00 and from 00:00 to 09:30 in the morning.
- Playing ball or similar games inside the Hostal is not allowed.
- Avoid leaving food or leftovers to prevent insect nuisances.
- For the esthetic and image of the premises, please do not hang any garments on windows, corridors, or patios.
- Unauthorized persons are not allowed in the rooms outside of hostel guests without permission from management.
- This establishment does not allow pets.
- Instructions for fire procedures and a map showing the exit route from your room to the emergency exit can be found inside the rooms.
- Room service ends at 13:30.
- In case of room key loss, a €15 supplement will be charged.
- Reception hours are from 8:30 to 20:30 (may vary depending on the season).

Services provided by third parties
Our establishment offers excursions and experiences provided by the company PROMARKETING, as well as rental of bicycles and electric motorcycles by BICICLETAS VALDÉS. This hostel is not responsible for these services.Services provided by the hostel
- Parking: this service is exclusively for hostel users and is subject to parking space availability. This service requires a daily flat rate per parked vehicle. When parking, one parking space should be occupied per vehicle.
- Breakfast: served as a buffet from 09:00 to 10:30 with a limited capacity of 35 persons.
