Situated in Avenida del Faro in the Villa de Santa Ana, the building was constructed in 1919 as a summer residence for the Sevillian bourgeoisie.

It is outstanding because of its amplitude and brightness as well as by its typical Andalusian architecture with its flowery patios with jasmines, geraniums and bouganvillas.

Reformed and adapted according to the tourist regulation, it was opened to the public as Hostal El Faro in 1994.
